Played this over New Year's eve dinner with family (5 adults). The flexibility of the game is good, but I agree with some of the other reviews that the characters were rather sketchy and superficial. Bruce (2018)
Just played it with my family (4 in total) really enjoyed it as it was our first one. However, I do think the characters could have had more depth, it was over quickly but that was probably more to do with there was only 4 of us playing. We are planning on replaying it with 6 of us. Eli Oakley (2017)
We played with 6 people at New Year. Great fun as everyone threw themselves into their parts. I think would have been even better to have played it outside Christmas period and decorated the room for Christmas as the festive decorations and music would be amusing and appreciated more fully.candida (2016/7) (2017)
Played this over Christmas. Found it to be a wee bit slow and would have liked a bit more to it. To be fair we have played other mysteries from the same company and they have been well received.Peter (2017)
My family (5 adults) played this over Christmas. We enjoyed it, but found that the characters lacked depth and they game was over very quickly. The best character was the one littering his answers with cracker jokes, I wish the others had a bit more of a personality like this as they were a bit stiff otherwise. The characters do not interact with each other or build up much knowledge, so it felt a little awkward to play compared to others I have tried. As others have mentioned, the guilty person has consistently longer answers to give so they stand out. Sam (2017)
