1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
1.2 By entering your credit card details at Worldpay, or using your Paypal account, you are offering to buy the products at the stated price and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
1.3 You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full.
1.4 Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT as appropriate. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax due. A minimum order total of £5.00 applies to all orders.

Supply
2.1 Products are subject to availability. We will refund any money already paid if we cannot supply the product.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse to supply any products ordered.

Delivery
3.1 UK Orders : In stock orders received before 2pm Greenwich Mean Time, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period) will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail's First Class postal service.Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Occasionally orders will be shipped using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service and may need to be signed for.
3.2 EU Orders : In stock orders received before 2pm Greenwich Mean Time, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period) will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail's Surface Mail postal service or Parcelforce. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.
3.3 Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Refunds
4.1 In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged on delivery you must inform us without delay by contacting support@murdermysterystore.co.uk so that we can arrange with you the return of the item(s) and either issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4.2 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any part of the order within 7 working days of delivery and your payment will be returned. To cancel the contract, you must first inform us within 7 working days of the day you receive the goods from us. You can inform us by email (support@murdermysterystore.co.uk) or post at The Murder Mystery Store, 3 Marwood Close, North Furzton, Milton Keynes, MK4 1LP. Following cancellation, goods must be returned to us in original unused condition including packaging (with any seals and shrink wrapping intact).
We do not accept liability for the costs of return, returns damaged in transit or not received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you make sure the goods are adequately packaged and insured for their return journey.
